& our values

local businesses

& Ingredient Details

Our Mission

Our business values are simple. We believe in supporting local businesses, reducing our carbon footprints and in using as much all-natural, free range & organic ingredients as possible. We pay attention to our seasonings, preferring sea salt, fresh ground pepper and brown sugar. As for our drinks, we use filtered water to make our unforgettable mint-infused iced coffee and specialty teas. Out of love and respect for our planet, we use only reusable, recyclable or compostable products. We also believe in giving back to the community through donations to various charities.

Our Sourcing & Supplies

It is essential for us to know where our food comes from and how it’s prepared before coming to us. We are a big believer in supporting local businesses and in using as much all natural or organic ingredients as possible.

In addition, all packing containers and utensils used are environmentally & economically sustainable, responsibility sourced, manufactured and produced. Our sustainable packaging is recyclable, biodegradable, compostable and healthy & safe for individuals and communities.

Knowledge is power

Below is a list of the current farms/local businesses we are sourcing our ingredients from:

Jidori’s Chicken– Free range all natural chicken for our 9 spice grilled chicken and poached chicken for our pho. Organic chicken liver for our pate & organic chicken bones for our made from scratch chicken broth. [Local farm in LA]

Masami Cattle Ranch & Salmon Creek Farms– Free range all natural pork for our lemongrass grilled pork. Free range Wagyu beef for our shaken beef. [Local farm in Corning]

Ports Seafood – shrimp for our spring rolls [Local business in Bayview District, San Francisco]

Wild Wood – organic firm tofu

Mindful MEATS – Organic, Non-GMO beef brisket and NY strip loin for our pho, banh mi and pho rolls. [Local farms in West Marin and Sonoma counties]

West Coast Noodles – freshly made noodles delivered daily [Local business in Burlingame]

– All of our dipping sauces are Gluten Free (yes! Even our soy sauce)

– WAGYU BEEF: Wagyu means Japanese cow and refers to breeds of cattle more desired due to its marbling (even distribution of lean and fat). Instead of a clear separation of the meat and the fat, the fat is found throughout making every bite extra delicious.
